Application/Enrolment Procedures

St Joseph's Nudgee College is a registered provider of education to international students (those who are in Australia on a study visa).

An enrolment pack contains:

  • Prospectus
  • International Student Handbook
  • Explanation of Fees
  • Copy of all the College policies relating to International Students
  • Copy of ESOS framework which gives information relating to the rights and responsibilities of international students in Australia
  • International students application form

An application can only proceed when the College is in receipt of the following documents:

  • Fully Completed application form
  • Certified copies of a student's passport and visa
  • Certified copies of reports from previous schools - both in Australia and overseas
  • $100 application fee

After the application has been reviewed, the student's parents/guardians will be contacted to advise them whether the College wishes to proceed with the student's application. If the application is successful, an interview and entrance test will be arranged.

Following an interview, a student's parents/guardians will be advised by mail if the student has been offered a place at the College. An official Letter of Offer will be issued advising what conditions the student will need to meet to be eligible to take up the offer. To accept the offer, the College requires a signed copy of the Acceptance of Terms of Enrolment and pay the $1000 non refundable enrolment fee.

An electronic Confirmation of Enrolment will be issued on receipt of Acceptance of Terms of Enrolment and payment of the enrolment fee.
The student can then choose subjects and purchase uniforms.
